Susan Uhrlass

Susan E. Uhrlass  (May 8, 1953 - July 31, 2026)

It is with great sadness that we share that Susan passed away unexpectedly on July 31, 2026. She was a longtime resident of Venice Beach, and more recently, Palm Springs.  She had a long career in advertising and media sales, working for organizations such as The LA Weekly and Box-office Media.

Susan was born on May 8, 1953, and raised in Yonkers, NY, the daughter of George F. Uhrlass and Helen C. Cunningham, and was preceded in death by them.  She is lovingly remembered by her brother, Robert G. Uhrlass, and her sister, Janet C. Pierce, as well as their spouses and six nephews and nieces.

Known for her outgoing personality, sense of fun, love of wine, fashion, music and movies, Susan will be dearly missed by family and her many friends in California and New York.
