Mildred Leonard) Neely was born near Prague, Oklahoma, to Earl J. and Belle Leonard on October 11, 1927.
She attended an elementary school near Prague, Oklahoma.
High school at Paden, Oklahoma, and nursing at San Bernardino, California Valley College.
She married Ulman (Toby) Neely on January 24, 1946, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two brothers, and three sisters (one, Sadie, died in infancy).
She is survived by her son, Michael Neely, wife Lida, her daughter Jo Anne Gomez and husband Arthur, a grandson Christopher Neely, and granddaughter Roxanne Neely, a step-granddaughter Jessica Gomez and by several nephews, nieces, and other relatives and a sister Delora Barentine.
She wished to have graveside services at Oakdale Cemetery in Paden, Oklahoma, with Doyle Loveland officiating though her cousin Doyle preceded her in death. Services to be announced at a later date.
By her request, there will be no viewing. In lieu of flowers, please give them to a local charity of your choice.
